10K
Well, we've officially completed step 2 on our way to running a half marathon. We (Derek, Rebecca, Kelly, Trey, Me and Kevin) ran a 10K in Alpharetta this past weekend. Its by far the longest I've ever run and Derek, Kelly and I all won third place in our age division! So sad that this time next year I'll be in the 30-35 year old division!!

blah, blah, blah... so you ran a 10K. big deal. i walked all the way to our mailbox (across the street) when i got home from work today... and i didn't have to stop once to catch my breath! beat that sister!!!!! congrats on the 10k, i wouldn't have been able to run one half of a 1K.

Way to go!! I need to start training for the peachtree, or I'll die during the first half mile.
